See inside Aisling Quinn’s wedding welcome party
It was a year of excitement and happiness in the Quinn household as Niall and Gillian watched as their only daughter, Aisling got married in the summer.
The couple said ‘I Do’ in the picturesque town of Cognac in the South of France, at the Restore The Chateau, with their family and friends all jetting over to celebrate with them.
Aisling and Jamie were determined to give their guests a weekend to remember making sure the day was full of fun and dancing!
Chatting with EVOKE before the wedding, Aisling gave an insight into how the big day was going to unfold.
‘Thursday night we’re bringing the two families together. Just the immediate family. The eight of us are having a nice meal at the hotel where all the guests are staying,’ she said.
Laughing she added: ‘That’s sort of the calm before the storm and then we have a welcome party on the Friday.’ And it looks like everyone hit the dancefloor…even Niall.
Before the dancing began, the bride and groom took to the stage to thank their guests and it looked like Jamie gave a little speech…unable to keep his eyes off Aisling.
Catching up with us she said ‘Jamie and I both did our speeches the night before. The night started outside in the vine gardens and moved into the jazz bar. We had two chef stations serving various-sized dishes. There was a roaming band for entertainment keeping everyone is high spirits. “Dark & Handsome” and “Smoke Show” were the signature cocktails.’

The stunning outfit on Aisling was a two-piece with the skirt from The One by Sinead Corcoran and the top was &Other Stories. Aisling told us that her brother had got it for her as a Christmas present – and we have to say he has good taste!
As for her shoes, as many girls do Aisling told us that she borrowed the Jimmy Choo’s from her friend!
