No flaw in refusal to increase permission for Dalkey houses regardless of €1m price of works carried out, court docket finds

The Excessive Courtroom has not discovered any authorized flaw in a call to refuse to increase planning permission for the development of 15 houses on a web site in Dalkey, south Co Dublin, on which a developer has thus far carried out some €1.125 million price of works.

Mr Justice David Holland dismissed a request by developer Grassridge Restricted to overturn Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council’s refusal to increase planning permission granted in 2018 and legitimate for six years.
