Love Island All Stars is coming to our screens very soon

Love Island has become a programme associated with long bright evenings and summer holidays, but the reality dating show’s All Star series is set to hit our screens very soon.

The series will arrive on January 13, right in time to help us beat those post-Christmas blues. Love Island All Stars will see a host of the show’s previous (and generally most iconic) contestants appear again in hopes of finding a second chance at love.

Maya Jama is set to host the hotly anticipated show, which will air at 9 pm on Monday 13 January on ITV2 and ITVX.

ITV took to social media to announce the show’s release date, with a snap of an All-Stars invitation, which read: ‘Dear Islander, as dating royalty you are cordially invited back to the villa as a Love Island All Star. Dress To Impress. Maya x.’

‘Signed. Sealed. Delivered… but to whom?’ the broadcaster wrote below the post.

The post has been flooded with comments, as fans eagerly give suggestions of the past islanders they would like to see on the show. A host of people flocked to ask whether audiences would see fan-favourite cast members Jacques O’Neill and Paige Thorne reunite on screen.

‘Jacques and Paige reunion???????,’ one person wrote. ‘JACQUES AND PAIGE PLEASEEE,’ another pleaded.

Jacques took to the comment section himself to ask his close pal and fellow former islander Luca Bish: ‘@lucabish did you get one?’.

Luca, who placed second on the 2022 series alongside his then-girlfriend Gemma Owens, replied: ‘@jacques9oneill_ ain’t on the Christmas card list ffs.’

More people called for the newly single Molly-Mae Hague to make a return to the show. ‘@mollymae needs redemption!’ one person wrote, while another said: ‘If @mollymae or @tommyfury walk in I think the internet would break!’

None of the contestants have been released yet, but we can’t wait to hear when they are!
