Joanna Cooper takes baby Alfie to watch first rugby match

He’s only one month old but baby Alfie has already seen his dad play for Ireland at the Aviva Stadium.

Proud parents Joanna Cooper and Conor Murray doted on their newborn baby boy on the sidelines after Ireland’s win over Fiji on Saturday.

Irish rugby player Conor had a proud moment seeing his son after the match as the family posed for a photo after the match, as he said it was a ‘special day’.

He wrote: ‘Special day bringing the little man to his first game at the Aviva,’ along with a green-heart and a shamrock emoji.

Alfie looked adorable in his dad’s arms as he was all snuggled up in a grey onesie with a hood that had teddy-bear ears.

Joanna, who gave birth to her son last month, also shared a snap of the special moment on her Instagram story, writing: ‘Alfie’s first match.’

She revealed that they hadn’t been in the stands, and had kept warm by watching the match indoors along with fellow rugby WAG Patti Gibson-Park.

Joanna wrote: ‘Well kinda, we watched from inside and ran out at the end for a pic’.

The new mum looked amazing in a brown fur coat, simple white t-shirt, black jeans and wore her hair in a messy bun.
