Final contestant confirmed for Dancing with the Stars 2025
The Dancing with the Stars 2025 line-up is finally complete…
The eleventh celebrity confirmed to be taking part in the upcoming series is meteorologist Joanna Donnelly, and we’re forecasting fabulous results!
That’s right, Joanna is preparing to blow the judges away with her dancing skills.
Ahead of the competition, Joanna said: ‘I’m ready to get my feet moving! I’ve watched the show all these years, and all I want to do is learn how to dance.’
‘I had an Irish dancing lesson back in 1979 and my mother spent a year’s savings on an Irish dancing costume, but I did one Feis and then quit. She never let me live it down!’
‘But she was a huge fan of Dancing with the Stars, so she’s definitely got my back on this,’ Joanna continued.
The meteorologist joins Ireland AM’s Elaine Crowley, chef Kevin Dundon, Kin actress Yasmin Seky, social media star Kayleigh Trappe and Olympic gold medalist Rhys McClenaghan in the contest.
Eurovision legend Mickey Joe Harte, Olympian Jack Woolley, comedian Gearóid Farrelly, Mrs. Brown’s Boys’ Danny O’Carroll and former Miss Universe Ireland Aishah Akorede complete the Dancing with the Stars line-up
They all have some stiff competition, we can’t wait to see who bops to the top!
Dancing with the Stars returns to RTÉ One on Sunday, January 5 at 6.30pm.
